Very moving story. It shows how everyone in this Great Country can be assimilated and adjusted.
I really like his poetry. I felt that this book was very moving. Since he grew up in Cuba , he really wrote with feeling and knowledge knowing what it was like to have a split family, one on one shore and the rest on another.
A Cuban immigrant's story and feelings. Love Blanco's writings and his ability to describe a personal experience in the common language of all immigrants.
